How Aussies have speedrun the launch of their Amazon business in 12 weeks or less and are setup with everything they need to grow it beyond just a "little side hustle".

Stuff we usually get asked on calls.
In a nutshell, as soon as you enrol, we add you to our Skool community so you get access to all of the training, recordings of previous advisory calls, all our bonus materials, the community and the advisory calls.
Once you're in, the first place we'll get you started is with our complete Amazon FBA A-Z training. This will show you HOW to setup your business in Australia, find your first winner product, supplier, and how to launch it on Amazon.
You're also going to have questions along the way which are personal to your Amazon business, which is why you'll have access to our weekly FBA Avisory calls and direct 1:1 messaging support.
Initially, the goal will be to have you launch your business and start selling your first product in 12 weeks or less.
You'll have access to everything for a full 12 months, which is more than enough time to not only have you launch your business, but continue to grow it.
Scroll above and you'll be able to see some results from our members.
My favourite is one of our members who went from losing his job in covid and becoming an Uber driver, to going completely full-time as a seller on Amazon. He also recently just sold a few of his brands on Amazon for a 7-figure exit.
We've also had a member do $150k+ in his first year with an initial investment of $500. All he did was watch the training and implemented right away.
It's really up to you how much of an overachiever you want to be.
Usually a good amount to start with is 2-5 hours/week.
Most of the work will be front-loaded in your initial 12 weeks of finding your product and launching, so the more time and effort you can put into your launch, the easier it will be for you later on.
After launch, it's usually about an hour or so a week tweaking as your momentum grows.
Then once you've got consistent sales, all you really need to worry is checking on your account and restocking, which will probably take you like 1 hour a month.
Nope. While one part of the program is the training material and is a crucial part for your learn, a big portion of our focus is on the coaching and support, as that's where you're going to get the most results and the more personal questions for your business answered.
You'll have three main ways to get help.
1. Through our Skool community of Aussie sellers - You'll be able to ask questions to the other sellers there or just connect with other like-minded people.
2. Through our weekly group FBA Advisory calls - This is the best option if you'd prefer to get help by talking with someone talk face to face over zoom. There's usually around 3-5 people on these calls at a time so you'll have ample opportunity to get the help you need.
3. Through the 1:1 support chat with Jack - Best place to get direct help with personal questions about your business. You'll usually get an answer same day or next business day.
What we teach is called FBA (Fulfillment By Amazon) Private Label, which means you're going to sell products under your own brand name.
In your initial 12-week launch phase, we'll focus on find one really good product for you to sell.
We go through a proven process in order for you to find a product that:
1. You know sells year-round (based off of numbers and not feelings)
2. You can slap your logo on and brand it as your own
3. Fits your budget
While we obviously can't guarantee 100% that your product will sell or that you can make any certain amount of money, we go through a detailed checklist that will heavily minimise your risk and make you a lot more certain that you've got a winner.
The process usually looks like this:
1. Initially the training which teach you how to use Helium10 to find products that sell really well but aren't too competitive or saturated.
2. You'll validate these potential products using our "Product Validation Sheet" which we've designed specifically for the Aussie market.
3. After creating a list of potential products to sell, usually members send that list through to the personal support chat with Jack and he'll personally help you pick out the best product out of that list for you to launch.
This takes out the majority of the guesswork and skyrockets your confidence and certainty come launch time.
We usually recommend members to start selling in the Australian market, as that's usually the fasest and easiest market for Aussies to launch in. You can always decide to sell in other markets like the US once you understand how to run your business the right way and are a lot more confident in
We usually recommend to start with around $1500 AUD for your first product. However this comes down to what you're comfortable with. We've had a member start with around $500, and others start with around $5k+.
Basically none of our members are (or were).
Everything is designed and taught in a way that assumes no prior business or tech skills.
And if you ever do get stumped on something, just reach out for support.
Choose your own adventure.
We've had some members renew their membership because they like the ongoing support or have launched multiple products with the skills they've learnt.
Or if you've got everything you need, there's no hard upsells to try and lock you in again - Just let us know what you wanna do.
